Bible Study at the Church of St. Mary

Tuesday Evening Bible Study

All are invited to join. We will begin on September 3 with a 19-week study of “Mark: The Gospel through the Eyes of Peter”. The Gospel of Mark is believed to be the oldest of the four Gospels that we have and is the one we are reading on Sundays this Fall. The study of Mark will run until early February, with breaks for the holidays. There will be a separate study during Lent. The cost for the access to the weekly videos on Mark from Catholic Scripture Study/Tan Books, the workbook and related materials is $45. A registration form is set forth below.

You are invited to reach out to Deacon Jack Herrmann for more information at jherrmann@churchofstmary.org

For five Tuesday evenings during Lent (March 11 to April 8) Evening Bible Study will prepare for Holy Week by studying the Gospel accounts relating to the Sorrowful Mysteries of the Rosary. Journey with Jesus and Mary through Our Lord’s final hours before His death. All are invited to join us at 7:00pm each week in the Parish Center.

Copies of the text and related questions will be provided. There is no cost, but you should notify Deacon Jack Herrmann so that you can obtain a set of materials for the first week. You will be expected to have

reviewed the text and the questions relating to the First Sorrowful Mystery for the first session on March 11.
